OUR EXPERIENCE
In 2011 CultureSmith’s Founder joined Blurb Inc. as European Content and Marketing Manager. Prior to this Amy had spent a decade working both agency and client-side spanning PR, marketing, project management, and content creator roles, for businesses and brands covering retail, real estate, fashion, beauty, music, photography, and more.
Initially, part of the role for Blurb included the management of an existing complex and costly translation management process. This soon became the focus as she worked to transform this area of the business, developing her role whilst working with a committed team. Amy put transcreation at the heart of Blurb Inc.’s successful global marketing campaigns, product launches and business expansion, helping to establish the brand in international markets.
Building on this decade of experience within the translation landscape, CultureSmith was launched in 2022 in partnership with Holly Head.

Together they offer a bespoke content agency dedicated to supporting brands and businesses execute on their global content strategies without the common pitfalls of working with traditional translation agencies.
Acting as a business partner, rather than an external service provider, CultureSmith works closely with internal teams, from marketing to engineering and customer support, ensuring a cohesive, thoughtful approach to transcreation and providing the right experience for global customers.
